Our story
Born from the local market, built for it.
Phoenix Solutions is owned and operated by its two founding partners, including Jay Clingenpeel, who brings more than 25 years of direct industry sales experience in the local market. We started Phoenix because we believed the operators of this region — the people running its water plants, well pads, prep plants, and factories — deserved a chemical partner as close to their work as they are.
Our name carries our whole business model. We sell solutions — the liquid chemistries that treat water and drive processes — and we deliver solutions — the operational answers that make that chemistry perform at the plants our customers run. One without the other is only half a job.
Today we warehouse a full line of commodity and specialty chemicals in Morgantown, run our own delivery equipment, and back every product with technical support from people who know the plants, the wells, and the roads of this region first-hand.
